This course will be served with Sugar coating the rim in a Champagne Flute

Prosciuttto with Swiss cheese topped with a béchamel sauce

Angus Prime Rib of Beef au Jus with Horseradish Chantilly Cream

Roast Pork loin encrusted with spinach, pine nuts parsley and olive oil and served with a wild mushroom Marsala cream Sauce

Cashew Encrusted Norwegian Salmon baked with lemon Garlic Butter , White Wine and served with a lobster cream sauce
