Cilantro tomato relish on grilled baguettes with Asiago cheese. $4

Apple Harvest Flatbread
Local apples, roasted mushroom shallot duxelle layered
on a flatbread, and finished with a cheddar mozzarella
flatbread. Baked to a golden brown. $4

deglazed with Scotch Whiskey
and finished
with a Demi-glace  $19

Jumbo raviolis stuffed with a three cheese blend and
finished with a steamed baby spinach wild
mushroom duxelle and shaved Asiago cheese. $14

Fresh Lobster, Scallops & Shrimp baked in a Lobster
Cream Sauce with Onions and Potato, finished with

Hazelnut encased roast chicken, with
Anisette liquor and butternut cream sauce.  $16
